Subscription Support Services. During the Initial Support Term and any Renewal Support Term, HEARTLAND shall render the Subscription support services set forth in this section (“Support Services”) to CUSTOMER subject to: (i) CUSTOMER's payment of the Support Fees set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and (ii) CUSTOMER s compliance with its obligations set forth in this Agreement.
