Subsequent Collection Route Changes. The CONTRACTOR shall submit to the 29 CITY, in writing, any proposed route change (including maps thereof) not less than sixty (60) 30 calendar days prior to the proposed date of implementation, except for route changes agreed to 31 by CITY and CONTRACTOR. To the extent possible, CONTRACTOR will provide the map data 32 in a GIS format that is compatible with the format used by the CITY. The CONTRACTOR shall 33 not implement any route changes without the prior review of the City Representative.
