Subsequent Collection Route Changes. During the first four to six months, no changes will be made to residential service route days. The Contractor shall submit to the City, in writing, any proposed route change (including maps thereof) not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the proposed date of implementation, except for route changes agreed to by City and Contractor. To the extent possible, Contractor will provide the map data in a GIS format that is compatible with the format used by the City. The Contractor shall not implement any route changes without the prior review of the City Representative. If the route change will change the collection day for a Service Recipient, the Contractor shall notify those Service Recipients in writing of route changes not less than ten (10) days before the proposed date of implementation.
