Common use of Subsequent Developments Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Developments. After the date of this Contract and until the Closing Date for each Hotel Property, Seller shall keep Buyer fully informed of all subsequent developments of which Seller has knowledge (“Subsequent Developments”) which would cause any of Seller’s representations or warranties contained in this Contract to be no longer accurate in any material respect.

Subsequent Developments. After the date of this Contract and until the Closing Date for each Hotel PropertyDate, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Buyer fully informed of all subsequent developments of which Seller has knowledge (“Subsequent Developments”) which would or does cause Seller not to commence or complete construction of the Hotel as and when contemplated therein, cause Seller to default under any of its obligations under this Contract or cause any of Seller’s representations or warranties contained in this Contract to be no longer accurate in any material respect.
