Common use of Subsequent Documents Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Documents. The parties agree that they will, at any time, duly execute and deliver to any party any additional documents and instruments that such party may reasonably determine to be necessary in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Stock Option Agreement, and the failure of a party to demand such documents or instruments on or before the date of this Stock Option Agreement shall not alleviate the obligation of any party to execute and deliver such documents or instruments at any time, upon the written demand of a party.
