Subsequent Financial Statements. Between the date of ----------- ------------------------------- signing of this Agreement and the Effective Date, FFC shall promptly prepare and deliver to KHG as soon as practicable each Quarterly Report to FFC's shareholders and any Annual Report to FFC's shareholders normally prepared by FFC.
