Common use of Subsequent Parties Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Parties. The parties agree that other Employers who are part of the Restaurant Brands Group can become a party to this Agreement, subject to the following: • this Agreement has been signed by the original parties (in clause 1.1 above); and • the original parties consent, at the time, to the other Employer becoming a party to the Agreement.
