Common use of Subsequent Parties Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Parties. (a) The parties agree that the following provisions will apply for subsequent employee parties to this Agreement: i The parties agree that any employee who is engaged by the employer between the date this agreement comes into effect and the expiry date shall, in the first instance, be offered in writing the opportunity to become a party to this agreement. ii If this offer is accepted the new or current employee shall from the date of becoming a party, be entitled to all the benefits, and be bound by all the obligations, under this agreement.
