Common use of Subsequent Reports Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Reports. The University will submit subsequent reports annually on June 1 to the United States regarding its compliance with the Agreement for the remainder of this Agreement. This report will include, for the period subsequent to its immediate prior report to the United States, the following: i. All dates of any ADA Trainings conducted pursuant to this Agreement; and ii. Copies of all attendance logs from all ADA Trainings conducted pursuant to this Agreement.
