Common use of Subsequent Terms Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Terms. This Group Agreement may be renewed for subsequent twelve month renewal terms (each a “Subsequent Term”) at the end of the Initial Term by mutual written agreement of the Parties, unless sooner terminated prior to the commencement of the Subsequent Term, pursuant to Section 6.

Subsequent Terms. This Group Agreement may be renewed will automatically renew for subsequent twelve month renewal terms (each a “Subsequent Term”) at the end on each anniversary of the Initial Term by mutual written agreement of the Parties, Effective Date unless sooner terminated prior to the commencement of the Subsequent Term, pursuant to Section 65.
