Common use of Subsequent Terms Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Terms. The term of said maintenance and support Services may be extended by additional periods: PROVIDED, Each extension shall be at the option of the Purchaser. Purchaser shall notify Vendor 30 days prior to termination of maintenance and support services. Purchaser shall be given a prompt refund of unused months of service. No change in terms and conditions shall be permitted during these extensions unless specifically set forth in this Contract.
