Common use of Subsequent Terms Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Terms. Employee’s primary responsibility includes assisting the EngageSmart CEO with vision, strategy, execution, culture, and innovation across all EngageSmart solutions. Employee shall participate as reasonably requested by the Company with M&A activities. In addition, Employee shall schedule regular status meetings with EngageSmart CEO, at least on a weekly basis, to determine any changes, additions, and or deletions to Employee’s list of responsibilities.
