Subsequent. Anniversary Increment Dates shall occur after the completion of one (1) year of service (excluding overtime hours) from the Employee's previous Anniversary Increment Date, except when an Employee has been appointed or reclassified to a classification that results in a salary increase equal to or greater than two steps in the original classification. In this situation, the Employee’s Anniversary Increment Date will be established as one (1) year of service from the appointment or reclassification date. An Employee working less than the full-time hours as defined in Article 11 will be eligible for an anniversary increment when they have accumulated one year of service in the bargaining unit from their previous anniversary increment date.
