Common use of Subsidiaries, Etc Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries, Etc. (a) The obligations of the Company under this Agreement may be satisfied by any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company for which Employee serves as an employee under this Agreement, to the extent such obligations relate to Employee's employment by such subsidiary or affiliate. (b) The rights of the Company under this Agreement may be enforced by any Subsidiary or affiliate of the Company for which Employee serves as an employee under this Agreement, to the extent such rights relate to Employee's employment by such subsidiary or affiliate.

(b) The rights of the Company under this Agreement may be enforced by any Subsidiary or affiliate of the Company for which Employee Executive serves as an employee under this Agreement, to the extent such rights relate to EmployeeExecutive's employment by such subsidiary or affiliate.
