Common use of Substance of Reports Clause in Contracts

Substance of Reports. After the First Commercial Sale of Product and during the term of this Agreement, the Commercialising Party shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the other Party on a quarterly basis no later than one month after the end of the preceding quarter a written report showing the Net Sales of Product in each country in the Territory.
