Common use of Substance Use Clause in Contracts

Substance Use. The standard of conduct is centered on reasonable and responsible substance consumption. During the course of the Convention, substance use is permitted to the extent that a reasonable person would consume in the same circumstances. Substance misuse, however, will not be tolerated in any capacity. Any person found to be engaging in substance misuse may be suspended from the Convention without reimbursement of registration or other Convention related fees, and/or may be prohibited from future attendance at PDAC events.
