Common use of Substantial Completion of the Project Clause in Contracts

Substantial Completion of the Project. ESCO will issue Owner a Substantial Completion Letter upon achieving Substantial Completion of the Project (the “Project Substantial Completion Letter”). Promptly following ESCO’s delivery of a Project Substantial Completion Letter, ESCO will compile a Punch List of items that remain to be completed, if any.
