Substantial Completion of the Work. Subject to the provisions of UGC Section 12.1.1, no later than the Substantial Completion Inspection Deadline, A/E shall, together with the TFC Project Manager, conduct a Substantial Completion Inspection of the Work to determine whether the Work or designated portion thereof, has achieved Substantial Completion.
