Add at the end: “The Construction Manager shall submit the following documents and other items with its request for Substantial Performance review by the Consultant. These requirements do not limit the Construction Manager’s Substantial Performance obligations noted elsewhere in the Contract. A deficiency holdback will be retained for the estimated value of correcting or supplying the following items until they are submitted, reviewed, and accepted by the Consultant this will include, at minimum, a holdback of $15,000.00 CAD for each sub- paragraph .4 and .5.
