Common use of Substantially Conform or Comply Clause in Contracts

Substantially Conform or Comply. References in this Lease to “substantially conform” or “substantially comply” shall mean that the item in question complies but for issues that do not result in material additional incremental costs to Tenant or materially interfere with Tenant’s ability to use or enjoy the Premises in accordance with the Lease.
