Common use of Substitute List Clause in Contracts

Substitute List. 9.2.2.1 The administrative assistant at each school shall collect a list of volunteer names at the start of each semester. 9.2.2.2 The District shall make a good faith effort to comply with the order of rotation. Selected unit members shall receive compensation at the variable rate times 1.5.
