Substitute Servicer. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.01, the Trustee may, if it shall be unwilling or unable to act as the Successor Servicer in accordance with Section 5.01, appoint a Successor Servicer in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.03 of the Amended and Restated Contribution and Servicing Agreement.
