Common use of Substitute Trustee Clause in Contracts

Substitute Trustee. The Lender may, at its option, from time to time appoint a successor trustee by an instrument executed and acknowledged by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and recorded in the office of the Recorder of the county in which the property is located. The instrument will contain the name of the original Lender, Trustee, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, the book and page where this Deed is recorded, and the name and address of the successor Trustee. Without conveyance of the Property, the successor Trustee will succeed to all the title, powers, and duties of the Trustee.
