Common use of Substitution of Expert Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Expert. If within a reasonable period (which shall not exceed three (3) months from the sending date of acceptance by an Expert of his/her appointment unless otherwise agreed by both Parties), such Expert shall not have rendered without justification an opinion, then (at the request of either Party) a new Expert may be appointed under the provisions of this Article.
