Common use of Substitution of Premises Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Premises. At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Premises, other premises in the Building (the "New Premises"), in which event the New Premises shall be deemed to be the Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (a) the New Premises shall be similar to the Premises in area and appropriateness for the use of Tenant's purposes; (b) if Tenant is then occupying the Premises, Landlord shall pay the expenses of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises and such moving shall be done at a time and in such manner so as to minimize, to the extent reasonably possible, the inconvenience to Tenant; (d) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety (90) days' prior written notice of such substitution; (e) Landlord shall, at its sole cost, Substantially Complete the New Premises with improvements substantially similar to those in the Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.

Substitution of Premises. At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Leased Premises, other premises in the Building (the "New Premises"), in which event the New Premises shall be deemed to be the Leased Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (ai) the New Premises shall be similar to the Leased Premises in area and appropriateness for the use conduct of Tenant's purposespermitted use; (bii) said substitution shall be made in order to put into the Leased Premises a major tenant of the Building who then occupies, or as a result of such move will occupy, all or a substantial part of the floor in which the Leased Premises is located; (iii) if Tenant is then occupying the Leased Premises, Landlord shall pay the expenses expense of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises and such moving shall be done at a such time and in such manner so as to minimize, to cause the extent reasonably possible, the least inconvenience to Tenant; (div) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety thirty (9030) days' prior written notice of such substitution; and (ev) Landlord shall, at its sole cost, Substantially Complete improve the New Premises with improvements substantially similar to those located in the Leased Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.

Substitution of Premises. At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Premises, Premises other premises in the Building or premises in another building if such other building is located within the same business park (the "New Premises"), in which event the New Premises shall be deemed to be the Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (ai) the New Premises shall be similar to the Premises in area and appropriateness for the use of Tenant's purposes; (bii) if Tenant is then occupying the Premises, Landlord shall pay the expenses expense of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises and such moving shall be done at a such time and in such manner so as to minimize, to cause the extent reasonably possible, the least inconvenience to Tenant; (diii) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety (90) days' prior written notice of such substitution; and (eiv) Landlord shall, at its sole cost, Substantially Complete improve the New Premises with improvements substantially similar to those in the Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.

At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Demised Premises, other premises in the Building Property (the "“New Premises"”), in which event the New Premises shall be deemed to be the Demised Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (ai) the New Premises shall be similar to the Demised Premises in area and appropriateness for the use of Tenant's ’s purposes; (bii) if Tenant is then occupying the Demised Premises, Landlord shall pay the expenses expense of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises and such moving shall be done at a such time and in such manner so as to minimize, to cause the extent reasonably possible, the least inconvenience to Tenant; (diii) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety thirty (9030) days' days prior written notice of such substitution; and (eiv) Landlord shall, at its sole costcost and expense, Substantially Complete improve the New Premises with improvements substantially similar to those located in the Demised Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.

Substitution of Premises. At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Premises, other premises in the Building Office Park (the "New Premises"“new premises”), in which event the New Premises new premises shall be deemed to be the Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (a) the New Premises new premises shall be similar to the Premises in area and appropriateness can be used for the use of Tenant's purposes’s Permitted Uses; (b) if Tenant is then occupying the Premises, Landlord shall pay the commercially reasonable expenses of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises new premises and such moving shall be done at a time and in such manner so as to minimize, to the extent reasonably possible, the inconvenience to Tenant; (dc) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety thirty (9030) days' ’ prior written notice of such substitution; and (ed) Landlord shall, at its sole cost, Substantially Complete improve the New Premises new premises with improvements substantially similar to those in the Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.

At any time after the date of execution of this Lease, Landlord may substitute for the Premises, other premises in the Building Office Park (the "New Premisesnew premises"), in which event the New Premises new premises shall be deemed to be the Premises for all purposes under this Lease, provided: (a) the New Premises new premises shall be similar to the Premises in area and appropriateness can be used for the use of Tenant's purposesPermitted Uses; (b) if Tenant is then occupying the Premises, Landlord shall pay the expenses of moving Tenant, its property and equipment to the New Premises new premises and such moving shall be done at a time and in such manner so as to minimize, to the extent reasonably possible, the inconvenience to Tenant; (dc) Landlord shall give to Tenant not less than ninety thirty (9030) days' prior written notice of such substitution; and (ed) Landlord shall, at its sole cost, Substantially Complete improve the New Premises new premises with improvements substantially similar to those in the Premises; and (f) Landlord shall pay for Tenant's reasonable and actual costs for reprinting existing supplies of stationery, business cards and such other paper products. 21.
