Subsurface Data. By executing the Agreement, the Contractor acknowledges that it has reasonably examined the boring data and other subsurface data available and satisfied itself as to the character, quality and quantity of surface and subsurface materials,, including without limitation, obstacles which may be encountered in performance of the Work, insofar as this information is reasonably ascertainable from an inspection of the Site, review of available subsurface data and analysis of information furnished by the District under the Contract Documents.
