Succesors and Assigns. This Agreement will be binding on the heirs, executors, administrators, and other legal representatives of the Independent Contractor and will be for the benefit of the Company, its successors, and its assigns. The Independent Contractor may not assign any of its rights, or delegate any of its obligations, under this Agreement.
