Successors and Assigns; Assignment of Servicing Agreement. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Servicer and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and the respective permitted successors and assigns of the Servicer and Angel Oak. Except as contemplated by Section 8.01, the Servicer shall not assign this Agreement or sell or otherwise dispose of all or substantially all of its property or assets without the prior written consent of Angel Oak, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Servicer shall have the right to assign, transfer and pledge any right Servicer has to receive payment under this Agreement without the consent of, or notice to, Angel Oak or any related Investor.
