Common use of Successors, Assigns and Transferees Clause in Contracts

Successors, Assigns and Transferees. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective legal representatives, heirs, legatees, successors, and assigns and any other transferee of the Restricted Shares and shall also apply to any Restricted Shares acquired by any Management Stockholder after the date hereof.

Each Related Party, as transferee of Shares from a party hereto, shall take such Shares subject to the Restricted Shares same restrictions and shall also apply entitled to any Restricted the same benefits as existed in the hands of the transferor except that all Shares acquired by any Management Stockholder after a Principal from whatever source will be treated as if they were owned by such Principal on the date hereof.
