Sucessors and Assigns. TERMINATION Neither party may assign this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written approval of the other party, which will not be unreasonably withheld, except that either party may assign its obligations and rights to a wholly owned subsidiary, parent corporation, or entity under the same ownership, operation, or control.
