Common use of Sucessors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Sucessors and Assigns. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns; provided, however, this Agreement and the rights and obligations of the Employee hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by Employer (including by will or by operation of law) without the prior written consent of Employer.
