Suitability and Appropriateness. You should not interpret the information in these Terms and Conditions as a recommendation by the Company or us to buy or hold shares in the Company. We will not assess the suitability or appropriateness of purchases made for you or other services provided to you under these Terms and Conditions nor do you benefit from the FCA Rules on assessing suitability and appropriateness. You agree that you have not asked for or received any advice from us and it is your decision to accept this Plan is suitable to your requirements. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which we will provide the Plan in connection with your shares in the Company. This is an execution only service. We will carry out your instructions to buy shares. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use and protect your information within Equiniti FS, and how your enhanced rights apply from 25th May 2018.
