Job Within the Pre-Accident Division - The MWP Team will review and consider all available jobs in which the worker is capable of performing the essential duties, with or without accommodation. These jobs will not be comparable in nature and responsibility to the pre-accident job and the worker will be paid the wage rate of the new job (see definition of Suitable Job).
