Common use of Summary Notice Clause in Contracts

Summary Notice. The Court approves the form of the Summary Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses (“Summary Notice”), substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 3, and directs Class Counsel to cause the Summary Notice to be published in The Wall Street Journal and to be transmitted over PR Newswire within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Notice Date. Class Counsel shall, not later than seven (7) calendar days before the Settlement Hearing, file with the Court proof of publication of the Summary Notice.
