Summary of the Settlement. Allstate agreed to establish a Settlement Fund of $3,300,000 to pay Settlement Class Members who make valid and timely claims; pay any service award to the Class Representative; pay attorneys’ fees and costs to Class Counsel; and pay settlement notice and administration costs.
