Summary Reports. Summary reports shall be provided to the Reinsurer, which include appropriate subtotals and totals of premiums, commissions and allowances, and premium tax by reporting category and in total. Policy exhibit summaries shall also be provided to the Reinsurer showing the reinsured amounts at the beginning of the reporting period, any increases, decreases and terminations during the reporting period, and the reinsured amounts at the end of the reporting period.
Summary Reports. Upon Hanmi’s sixty (60) day prior written request, made within thirty (30) days after the end of the first Calendar Year following the Effective Date and each year thereafter during the Agreement Term, if timely requested, Kinex shall provide Hanmi with a written summary of Development and Commercialization undertaken on a country by country basis during the then current Calendar Year consistent with written reports issued by Kinex in the ordinary course of its business.

Summary Reports. Not less than once every six (6) months, Aura shall provide LI-COR with a summary report, which must describe a summary-level review and/or update of the research, development, and commercialization activities undertaken by Aura and its Affiliates and Sublicensees with respect to Licensed Product during the period covered by the report and/or update since the last report. Each such report shall include a summary of work completed, a summary of work in progress, a current schedule of anticipated regulatory approvals, sublicensing efforts, if any, and market plans for introduction of Licensed Product.

Summary Reports. At Client’s written request and to the extent available at the time of the request, DV will (on a confidential basis) provide Client with a summary of the Report so that Client can verify DV’s compliance with the audit standards against which it has been assessed. DV will further provide written responses (on a confidential basis) to reasonable requests for information made by Client, no more than once per year, including responses to information security and audit questionnaires that are necessary to confirm DV’s compliance with this DPA.
