Common use of Summary Termination Clause in Contracts

Summary Termination. 11.1 The Employer may terminate the Secondment with immediate effect without notice: (a) on the termination of the Employment Contract; or (b) if the Host is guilty of any serious or (after warning) repeated breach of the terms of this agreement.
