Summative Evaluation Report. The draft Summative Evaluation Report must be developed in accordance with CMS' separately provided guidance entitled, "Preparing the Evaluation Report." The state must submit a draft Summative Evaluation Report for the demonstration’s current approval period within 18 months of the end of the approval period represented by these STCs.
