Summative Evaluation Report. The draft Summative Evaluation Report must be developed in accordance with CMS' separately provided guidance entitled, "Preparing the Evaluation Report." The state must submit a draft Summative Evaluation Report for the demonstration’s current approval period within 18 months of the end of the approval period represented by these STCs. The Summative Evaluation Report must include information as outlined in the approved evaluation design. a) Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by CMS, the state shall submit the final summative evaluation report within 60 days of receiving comments from CMS on the draft. b) The final summative evaluation report must be posted to the state’s Medicaid website within 30 days of approval by CMS.
