Common use of Summative Evaluation Report Clause in Contracts

Summative Evaluation Report. All participating staff will receive an end‐of cycle report using the Summative Evaluation Report. The Summative Evaluation Report will include progress toward student learning goals, progress toward professional practice goals, and a rating on each standard.
