Common use of Summative Reports Clause in Contracts

Summative Reports. Summative reports shall be presented to all employees, by the principal, in accordance with the following procedures: 1. Such reports shall be issued by the principal and based upon a compilation of reports, formative observations, and discussions with any or all supervisory personnel who come into contact with the employee in a supervisory capacity. 2. An employee may request a review of the summative report during the contract year. 3. Such reports shall be issued at least ten (10) days prior to nomination. 4. Such reports shall be issued in narrative form.
