Common use of Sun Clause in Contracts

Sun. TEL shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any sub-loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If SUN-TEL is using a BellSouth owned splitter, SUN-TEL may access the sub-loop at the point where the data signal exits. If SUN-TEL provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

Sun. TEL shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any sub-loop Loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If SUN-TEL is using a BellSouth owned splitter, SUN-TEL may access the sub-loop Loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exitsexits the central office splitter via a bantam test ▇▇▇▇. If SUN-TEL provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.
