Common use of Supersedure Clause in Contracts

Supersedure. The terms and provisions herein contained constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and shall supersede all the printed terms and conditions appearing on the Orders issued hereunder, and all previous communications, representations or agreements, either oral or written, between the Parties hereto, with respect to the subject matter hereof, including, without limitation, any telegraphic authori- zations issued by ▇▇▇▇▇ and accepted by Seller.
