Supersedure. This computer matching agreement supersedes all existing data exchange agreements or memoranda of understanding between the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense applicable to the exchange of personal data for purposes of identifying individuals who are receiving Federal compensation or pension payments and also are receiving payments pursuant to Federal benefit programs being administered by States.
