Common use of Supersession Clause in Contracts

Supersession. The following enumerated Government Code sections and all existing rules, regulations, standards, practices, and policies which implement the enumerated Government Code sections are hereby incorporated into this Contract. However, if any other provision of this Contract alters or is in conflict with any of the Government Code sections enumerated below, the Contract shall be controlling and supersede said Government Code sections or parts thereof and any rule, regulation, standard, practice, or policy implementing such provisions.
