The SUPERVISED PRACTICUM clause establishes the requirement for a participant, such as a student or trainee, to engage in practical work experience under the guidance of a qualified supervisor. SUPERVISED PRACTICUM. A Supervising Teacher with an accredited Montessori Credential at the program level of the applicant, who is in at least the third year of teaching post-certification, will be in the classroom with the applicant at all times.

Once the plan is determined, fees for additional coaching and monitoring for this special plan may be required. SERVICE FEE POLICY The service fee is a one-time charge added to the total bill. It is not per-payment. Each responsible paying party can choose a different plan, each party listed on this agreement choosing payment options will have their own service fee.

  • Best Practice NB strives to ensure that inter-country adoptions are in children's best interests and seeks to prevent the sale, exploitation, abduction, or trafficking of children. Payment for a child or an inducement to release a child for adoption is strictly forbidden. NB does not compensate any individual providing adoption services with an incentive fee or fee contingent on each child located for adoption.   • Settlement Practices The Custodian shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Custodian employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian described on Schedule C at the time or times set forth on the Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, but no revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided on Schedule C.

  • Professional Practice The parties agree that nurses who have professional practice complaints will make such complaint in writing to their manager and if such complaint is not resolved then it will be considered an appropriate topic at ONA management committee, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The parties agree that ONA members may use the ONA Professional Responsibility and Workload Report Form.

  • Employment Practices Contractor agrees to abide by the following employment laws: (i)Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e) which prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment or any applicant or recipient of services, on the basis of race, religion, color, or national origin; (ii) Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex; (iii) 45 CFR 90 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of age; (iv) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, or the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disabilities; and (v) Utah's Executive Order, dated December 13, 2006, which prohibits unlawful harassment in the work place. Contractor further agrees to abide by any other laws, regulations, or orders that prohibit the discrimination of any kind by any of Contractor’s employees.

  • PROHIBITED PRACTICES A. Contractor during the period of this Contract shall not hire, retain or use for compensation any member, officer, or employee of MPS to perform services under this Contract, or any other person who, to the knowledge of Contractor, has a conflict of interest. B. Contractor hereby attests it is familiar with MPS’s Code of Ethics, providing in pertinent part, “[a]n employee of Milwaukee Public Schools may not accept any gift or gratuity in excess of $25.00 annually from any person, persons, group or any firm which does business with or is attempting to do business with MPS.” C. No person may enter into this Contract for services that the MPS employee would otherwise perform as an employee. D. No current or former MPS employee may perform services on a professional services contract without the prior written consent of the MPS Chief Human Capital Officer or his/her designee. E. If the Contract is for apparel for $5,000.00 or more, the Contractor agrees to provide only items manufactured by responsible manufacturers. Contractor is required to include a similar provision in all subcontracts to this Contract.
