Common use of Supervision by University Clause in Contracts

Supervision by University. The person with primary responsibility for supervision of the performance of the Research on behalf of University shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. No other person shall replace or substitute for him/her in the supervisory responsibilities hereunder without the prior written approval of University, which may be granted or withheld at University’s sole discretion.
