Supervision of Non. Licensed Personnel/Volunteers When non-certificated personnel are assigned to, and/or volunteers are used in the classroom, instruction will be directed by the certificated teacher, who shall supervise the activities of such personnel. In order to coordinate efforts to address student achievement, time within the regular school day will be utilized at least once per month during the school year for collaboration between elementary classroom teachers and any non-certificated personnel a teacher supervises (for kindergarten and class-size purposes). This time can be flexible and look different from site to site as reflected in the schedules developed at different schools.
Supervision of Non tenured staff shall occur as follows: i) A minimum of two written evaluations per year by school administration (one Performance Status Report completed by December 15, one Summative Evaluation completed by March 31). ii) In the case of a negative Performance Status Report on December 15, an additional Summative Evaluation will be completed on the teacher by February 1. The final written summative evaluation must be completed by April 20. A minimum of one written summative evaluation per year may be requested by the teacher from the Assistant Superintendent – Learning and/or the Superintendent to be completed before April 20. In the event that a non-tenured teacher in the first year of employment receives a negative evaluation in writing by April 20, that teacher, if retained, will be informed in writing that the second year will be a year of trial, and improvement will be required. Non-tenured teachers having a negative evaluation(s) in their second year will be notified by December 15 of their pending release.

Supervision of Non. Teachers (Aides, Volunteers, etc.) No bargaining unit member will be adversely evaluated because of the actions of District personnel which are not within the control of the bargaining unit member.

Formative evaluations are not placed in the teacher’s permanent file. A minimum of one written summative evaluation per year may be requested by the teacher from the Assistant Superintendent – Learning and/or the Superintendent to be completed before March 31.   • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Supervision of Data County PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time, unless it is locked in a file cabinet, file room, desk or office. Unattended means that information is not being observed by an employee authorized to access the information. County PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time in vehicles or planes and shall not be checked in baggage on commercial airplanes.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.
