Common use of Supervision of Repairs and Alterations Clause in Contracts

Supervision of Repairs and Alterations. Manager shall supervise the performance of all matters coming within the terms of this Agreement, including direct observation, inspection and supervision of all repairs, decorations, alterations and improvements during the progress thereof and shall make final inspection of the completed work and approve bills for payment. Manager shall obtain the necessary receipts, releases, waivers, discharges and assurances to keep the commercial portion of the Premises free from mechanics' and materialmen's liens and other claims.
