Common use of Supervisor Coverage Clause in Contracts

Supervisor Coverage. For supervisor health coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the supervisor-only premium of Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).

Supervisor Coverage. For supervisor health coveragecoverage for the 2018 and 2019 plan years, the Employer contributes an amount equal to one hundred ninety-five percent (10095%) percent of the supervisor-only premium of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan (Advantage).
