Supervisor File. 1. An employee’s principal or program supervisor may maintain a supervisory file at their work site for the purpose of containing material pertinent to the employee’s performance and for completion of an employee’s evaluation(s). 2. Counseling/expectation memos and verbal warnings shall also be placed in this file. Information about removing these documents from employee files is listed below. 3. The supervisory file will be open for review by the employee upon request of the employee to set a mutually agreeable time, within twenty-four (24) hours if possible, for such review. a. The employee may choose to have a representative present. b. The employee may copy materials from the file at their own expense. 4.
